Your products will be delivered to the shipping address you specified at the time of purchase. It is your responsibility to ensure that the address provided is complete and accurate, so please check it carefully! All orders will be delivered discreetly; without labels, instructions or any other signs that might attract the attention of nosy neighbours.

Orders may be returned to us for a variety of reasons, including unpaid charges, duties or taxes, incorrect address, unclaimed at the post office, etc. If a parcel is returned or refused, you will need to email our customer service team at (Youcute68@outlook.com) to arrange for reshipment. Please note that you may need to pay for shipping costs.

We all want a good experience, but please be aware that the risk of your purchase passes to you once it is delivered to the address you specify.

Lost in Transit Policy

Once your order has left our warehouse, our third party delivery team will do everything possible to meet our expected transit times, but parcels occasionally encounter surprises in the postal system. If your order does not arrive by the expected date, please contact (Yocute68@outlook.com ) and our customer service team will make every reasonable effort to locate your parcel.

Parcels will only be considered lost in transit after a specific time period, the details of which vary from region to region, please contact Customer Service for details. These timeframes are not controlled by YOCUTE, sorry babe. If a parcel is deemed lost in transit, YOCUTE can arrange to resend your order.

Please note that we can only investigate lost orders within 1 month of the date of dispatch. Any orders placed after this time will no longer exist in our delivery partner's system. If we do not hear from you within this time, our lost in transit policy will no longer be in effect.
